Hi guys, new to the site and to Mercs but not to fun cars. Just recently sold my G8 GXP and I can't resist the call of a nice car with FI and heaps of torque. 
Currently shopping for an 04-06 E55, preferably with under 100k miles, ideally with some form of warranty, and I'm willing to spend up to $16k for the right car. I know some of you might cry foul that that's too low, but if we look at the market there's no protecting the resale value of a used Merc.
With that said, let me know what you have! I have cash in hand - no banks or financing involved - and I am able to come pick up your car next week. If you're looking to sell, let's talk!

Bump, looked at a few this weekend that were sorry examples (smoked in, neglected, etc) that still drove like a bat out of hell, thus steeling my resolve.

You might be interested in my car i'm selling. It doesn't have a warranty and the miles are at 118k but it's pretty clean and all the maintenance is up to date.
Also never been smoked in, no accidents, no paint work etc.
