2012 ML63 AMG with P30 Performance Package

2012 ML63 AMG with P30 Performance Package
2012 ML63 AMG, P30 Performance Package, Diamond White, all scheduled maintenance/service done, including fresh OEM spec Continental tires, 21125ish miles. Next scheduled service A1 due in 9750 miles.
The bulk of the miles on the truck are highway. Seems every time I go from Idaho to Ohio to see friends it puts on about 5000 miles.
If the seller want's, I've arranged that this could be sold though the local Mercedes Dealer as a CPO. If they wanted it non CPO my preference would be to still loop the sale though the Dealer without their CPO add on so that I can save the sales tax on the GL that is on order and I would pay any fees to loop the private sale though the dealer.
There are so few of these out there for sale, it's hard to determine what it should be priced at. Today I went out to the MBUSA Site and did a CPO search. There was only One! It had one listed at $89900 with ~17900 Miles and it does not have the $6550 P30 Performance Package. I then found 1 with P30 package on AutoTrader, but again missing some options but close to my config. It is a CPO car from a MB store and they are asking 89960.00
Because of the P30 Performance Package, Ive priced this as follows.
$89500. as a CPO out the door
$87000. as a private sale.
I am open to any reasonable offer. NADA Book on the car is about $83500, but they do not have any compensation in their book for options including the $6650 P30 Performance Package.
This is what the window sticker shows:
Base truck: $94900
Options:
799 Diamond White Paint: $795

798 21" AMG Twin 5-Spoke Wheels: $1610

To configure this same truck as a 2014 would be around $114000.
Truck has had clear bra installed since day 1, Truck has had all weather floor mats since day 1. In addition the unused Factory AMG mats come with the car. Drivers window and Passenger front window are tinted with 3M automotive tint.
People ask why I am selling it. I love the truck, but I love my family too and there are times that I need them to travel with me, so we are selling the ML to make room for the 2nd GL that is on order.
No stories, never wrecked, no door dings, beautiful truck.

Here are some more pictures.
When I purchase a car I always wonder what the car was like before it was professionally detailed and then put up for sale. You can see that we drove the car. It was garaged, Always had the MB All Weather Mats. Car has received a hand wash and full interior detail once per month, and then hand washed and vacuumed as needed. Car has never been smoked in. It's a good honest, well maintained AMG.
Typically Kids traveled in my wifes 2009 GL320 Bluetech and not in the ML63. My Wifes GL was in getting some warranty work when these pictures were taken 5 days ago. It was also at this time that we decided that it would be good to get a 2nd GL. Hence the ML63 that I Love is going and getting replaced with a GL550 with Off Road Package(not available on the GL63 or we would have AMGed it again)
Again, no stories, good honest well maintained car.
Here are the pre-detailed pictures. I'll have the post detailed pictures in two days.
