For Sale: 1991 Mercedes-Benz 300TE - in Great Shape!

167,500 original miles, rebuilt engine in ~2005 with less than 30,000 miles on the new engine. Champagne exterior with tan leather interior. Exterior is in excellent condition, minor wear, one spot of rust on rear passenger wheel well and very minor damage on the rear wheel well (see pic). Overall, the paint is in excellent condition with glossy sheen. Has a sunroof as well as a luggage rack.
Tan Leather in excellent condition, no rips or tears. 3rd row seating in back is accessible through the hatch. All original interior.
Blaupunkt Multi-CD player stereo system. Excellent sound. Rear passenger speaker cover (on door) missing.
All environmental controls work fine. The middle fan-control button cover is missing, but can be pressed and used anyway (see pic of console).
This Mercedes was driven by my elderly mother for her normal driving needs, which were minimal. The Mercedes has not been in any major accidents. The car runs great! It’s a boat (as you probably already know) but it’s completely solid. I’m selling it because my mother can’t drive anymore and doesn’t need it. I have been driving it every couple of weeks on errands, just to keep everything lubed up and happy, but I would like to sell it to someone who can really use it. No repairs needed. Great car!
KBB has its private party sale value listed as $4,500 for “Very Good” condition but will take a reasonable offer. It’s worth every penny. I have a clean title in hand and have full guardianship powers (can complete sale as though I was my mother).
