I'm still on the fence about this... but I'm moving to a new home where I'm losing a garage space, so I may put her up for sale 
I know we all know this is a 12 year old car, but I can't tell you how many compliments I get on this car... as well as non-car folks asking me what model it is. Had a friend who didn't know I have this car actually ask me when I had bought a new Mercedes
I believe this is the only WALD "body kitted" E430 that I have seen in the U.S., but I haven't been active in the scene for a number of years... so there may be others.
H&R Springs
Bilstein Sport Shocks
Projector Headlights w/ HID
Smoked LED Taillights
NO engine modifications ever.
I WILL NOT be selling or parting out the WALD kit, so please do not ask.

I don't have a price in mind at this point.... and I'm not sure what she's really "worth"
The online books vary a bit and say a stock one is valued between 7-10K. I don't expect to see a huge return on my aftermarket parts, but they do have some value if someone was looking to go out and buy a stock one and duplicate what I've done. I'd say the parts/paint/labor have probably cost me about $5000, and they only have about 10-15K miles on them.
So with that in mind, please feel free to make an offer if you or someone you know is interested. If it's reasonable, I'll probably take it.
