This is a great car, GLWS!

There are plenty of stock cars with 50k for miles avail in the 35000 range
With the upcoming release of the new C63 in the fall the prices will drop quite a bit more over the next 6-9 months on all previous W204 cars.

Obviously this is a special car however given the current market the offer is certainly in line considering a dealer trade in wouldn't be anywhere near the 40k number.
