OC Lease Takeover! 2011 MB SL 550!

My mother is looking to get out of her MB 2011 SL 550 Roadster. The car is located in Orange County, CA (Buena Park/Fullerton).
Car has super low miles (20,167) with 15k miles remaining on the lease term. 7 months remaining on the lease as well. 15k miles in 7 months...at that rate, you wouldn't have to worry about going over the mileage.
Car was always dealer maintained @ House of Imports in Buena Park and we have all the paperwork to prove it. Car is still under warranty and will remain under warranty until you return the car! Car has never seen an accident, never been smoked in, never modified, never tracked. It was a daily driver for my mother's 10~ mile commute to work.
Lease is due in October

Looking for credit approved buyers to take over the lease ASAP. We don't have much time to transfer the lease as MB Financial requires a minimum 6 months left on the lease for any transfer to take place.
