1995 Mercedes S500
Silver with Gray interior
254K Miles

GOOD:
It has had a lot of work done since 2010. Transmission was replaced($2200) back in 2010. Recent work: Replaced brake pads, rotors, plugs and wires, valve cover gaskets, new hoses, some of the suspension has been replaced such as shocks. Sway bar link and rear left strut assembly. Newer Interstate battery. Aftermarket head unit with cd player and usb port.

As of right now the car has Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires on the original rims. Purchased about 2 yrs ago but was only used through 1 winter. The AMG style rims shown in the 1st pic will NOT be included.

Power sunroof, windows, power front and rear seats that are heated. Bose sound system works perfect. To the best of my knowledge all of the power equipment works as it should. Brand new factory floor mats as well. I upgraded the tail lights and a brand new leather and wood grain steering.

I just purchased a brand new key fob from Mercedes. $194. So two keys will come with the car.

Problem areas:
The interior has some normal wear for a car of this age and mileage.
There is a tear on the rear passenger seat as well as the normal driver seat side bolster which happens to most leather seats.
The exterior needs some rust repairs. Driver door has a few spots. The front fenders, spots on the lower part of the trunk, and the grill have rust as well. The rear windshield is cracked but only the top layer. Given the fact that the car has dual pane windows this has not been an issue. The rear defrosters work even though it's cracked.

Major issue with the car is the rear hydraulic lines. Last June the car was leaking fluid from the rear end. I had it tow to an independent repair shop. One of the hydraulic lines for the rear suspension rusted through and final snapped. The mechanic went ahead and ordered all of the parts to do both sides. It has been sitting at the shop since. I will include all of the parts with the sale.

I am selling the car since I have another project car and do not need this one. It has been a fantastic car and I have driven it on numerous road trips. Nothing beats the ride and overall feel of the W140 chassis. Any questions just ask.

I am asking $2000
Again the price will include the parts for repairs.
