WTB: CLS55 OR CLS63
My 2013 E350 lease is going back soon, and even after 2 years that I was originally in the market for a CLS55, I still can't seem to shake the idea of getting into one, or now a 63. Now, that prices have dropped even more and will continue to drop after the new year, it only makes sense that I grab one now. I'm looking for a black car, no accidents, decent miles considering its going to be 8+ years old, and of course a good price. I'm looking to spend between 20-28k and have already seen a few nice ones in that range.
If I go the 55 route, I would get:
- Eurocharged ECU/TCU tune
- smaller supercharger pulley
- heat exchanger
- lowering module to close the fender gap
- powder coat the rims black and tint it and be done.
- maybe some headers if I keep the car long enough.
If I went the 63 route probably:
- tune it and maybe some headers so the big motor can breathe
- lower it
- black it out.
I'll keep checking the classified section, but feel free to drop your link in here, especially if you have some of those mods. Stock is obviously fine too.
