06 Mercedes E320 CDI diesel (Kansas)
This is the hard to find common rail diesel model. This is the last year before all the complex emissions equipment so no DPF to worry about. And the last year of the inline6 diesel.
I am the second owner and miles are 78k. In the last 3k miles the car has new tires, new fuel filter, new air filter, and new glow plugs.
And just recently done oil and filter change.
This thing gets excellent fuel economy. I usually get 30-34mpg in town and 36-38mpg on the highway. It is a little worse if AC is on or very cold out.
It has sunroof, navigation , heated seats , 6 disc changer. The car runs great , no issues and is a great hwy cruiser.
If you have never owned a diesel. This one has instant glow plugs so no wait time and will start as good as any gas engine at very low temps.
I have a carfax I can send you I copied a few months ago if interested.
The car also comes with Green diesel engineering economy tune (with tuner and code reader) I mainly got this to disable the EGR. It does increase the throttle response and power a little too.
