I just purchased a 2014 ML350 Sport with 16,800 miles for $47,000 non-4matic wish I had joined the forum sooner your mercedes looks very nice in the pictures maybe we could of struck a deal. Is it CPO by Mercedes? I think I would have to purchase it from a MB Dealer to qualify for CPO.

Mine would not qualify as CPO, you are correct those only come from dealers.
