2014 B-Class Lease Take Over - $200 a month

Location: Rockville, MD
*Note* There seems to be some confusion of how the lease take over work. Essentially anyone looking to take over, has to meet credit qualifications for Mercedes-Benz Financial. The person taking over will have the remainder of the lease transferred into their name by MBFS. There is a transfer fee of $595, and an application fee of $50 plus June's payment of $200 dollars.
My 2014 B-Class will be eligible for lease take over on 5/29. It is an unbelievable value for anyone who is in the market for a B-Class. Great way to also try out an electric vehicle or an extra daily.
I don't drive it very often so I figured it is time to go. I love the car, how ever my x156 has my attention at this point in time.
Terms - It is a 10k per year 24 month lease. 18 payments left for the person who decides to take it over. It is 200.xx a month payment. The person taking over is responsible for June's payment and transfer fee of $595.
Right now it takes at least 4-5k out of pocket to get to that payment on my car's sticker new.
There will be roughly 5,000 miles on it at the time of take over. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle. I will post pictures when I have a chance. It is washed and vacuumed once a week.
Naturally I prefer that the person taking over the lease local. Specifically with in a 89 mile radius
If I do not get any interest later in the month I will consider shipping it further.
