Issues:
Few scratches here and there (10 year old car).
Passenger side headrest control broken, see pictures.
SCB hydraulic pump system faulty, Brake Message on the dash. At times it acts up and there is a red warning that comes on to stop the car immediately.
Passenger side mirror has a cracked turn signal plastic cover.

I've had the car for 8 years. No accidents since I had it. I got it with a clear title and as far as I can tell there are no signs of damage or work done on the car.
Yes, I still have some records from the dealer with previous work/maintenance done.

 

I will scan the codes found by the dealer regarding the SBC component for the braking system.
It was supposed to be fixed under warranty which expired in January this year. I took the car there in December, but they failed to mention it could be fixed under warranty. I did not want to pay out of pocket to do it.

Currently trying to figure out if it can still be done under the warranty since it was diagnosed while still covered.

The dealer estimated the cost of repairs to $2000.
If I fix it, the sale price will go up to $14,000.
