Need to part with my dream car. I ordered this car in March of 2012. It is a 2013 e350 4MATIC Luxury (w212), P2, Driver Assistance, Parktronic, with 25k Miles. Got it from MB Cherry Hill in August 2013. It is located in the art museum area or Philadelphia/Philly. Here are all the details:

Asking $35,599 which is thousands below Kelly Blue Book (KBB) and Edmunds. Must sell. No delivery. Have title. 10% cash deposit will be needed.

I've never done this before. How does it work if part of the payment is with a car loan to a private party?
