The time has come to sell my 2001 S600-AMG W220, grey, coffee interior..

when it runs on all 12 cylinders it is about as terrific a car as can be had..

but it fouls # 9 & 11 after a few hundred miles..

i have replaced the coil packs, power steering pump, belts, conductor plate, tire, and MOST anything else that was not working..

115k miles and a very strong car..

it'll need either a do it yourself buyer to sort out the engine problem or i'll consider parting it out..
i'll retain the AMG wheels and new tires and valve stems and put on a set of wheels from my SL600 that i replaced with AMG wheels in 2004..

whole car is $3000 with the old SL wheels/tires.. bring $$ and drive it home.. and yes it does run but not as smoothly as a V12 should..

I should add here that i would consider a trade for some sort of older (1980 era) 4WD Chevy Suburban.. as long as it runs well enough to go off road..

that IS a long way.. about $2k by car hauler..

depending on the particular part, i can pull it and UPS it..

i should add here that when i ran it around the development it sprang a leak in the ABS so it can not be driven without repairing the leak behind the left headlight..
