It was the end of 2014. I was about to get rid of a lease and was thinking I needed something different. So I went to an Audi dealer and test drove an S3 with a DSG. It was a very competent car. Great interior and deceptively fast.
Then on a whim I test drove a used C63 they had on lot. My mind was blown. The 2.0L in the S3 moved, but the 6.2L in the C63 was a revelation!
Over the next year and a half I had a lot of fun with this car. I got it to run 12.3 bone stock (with me driving, i.e.: handicapped). I drove it every day. I loved it.
But then I found another love ... More specifically, another C63. This time, a 2012 in Lunar Blue. So I bought that one sight unseen.
I do not need 1,000 horsepower worth of AMGs (or so I've been told).
The good:
Replaced Headbolts, SLS buckets, and other bits and pieces (preemptive, never had any problems).
No Accidents - clean CarFax.
Still 1.5 years or 22K miles of warranty (which ever comes first).
Well maintained.
Eurocharged V5 with handheld
Wavetrac LSD with all new bearings and seals last year.
H&R Coilovers
Michelin PSS (in 245&265).
RacingBrake stud kit.
Title in hand
Front bumper has never been drilled for a plate.
The not good:
The gutter trim pieces' clear coat is delaminating.
78,800 Miles
Driver's seat has some wear.
Steering wheel does too.
Plastic grill is trashed. Have a new one, just haven't installed it yet.
Not a show car, been driven, a scratch here and there.
Some curb rash from the prior owners.
Just gave it a bit of a wash. Will come up with some more pics soon. Interiors is black leather with birds eye maple.

I just can't believe that car this crazy can be had for under $30K.
