Negatives:
Heat is intermittent (needs new heater control valve, DIY on this site)
Driver's side dynamic seat power control work, but dynamic seat functions do not work

I had a PPI done at RRT before I purchased 2yrs ago which I'd be glad to scan and send along - only thing they found was minor RMS leak - at this point years later never notice any undue drop in oil level and car does not consume oil

Of all the cars I have ever owned this is my favorite and I am sorry to see it go. The acceleration under full throttle seems to stop time; it is unbelievable, and more unbelievable because due to the Kleemann "comfort power" mods, the car feels so normal and comfortable around town. The car is mechanically sound but needs someone with time to keep up with the normal niggles that came with a mid-2000s Mercedes. I am executing on a long term plan to downsize most of my material possessions and spend more time on the water sailing, so I am selling my cars.
I am the fourth owner. 2nd owner (retired rocket scientist) bought it as a CPO car and spared no expense on all Kleemann mods at Funktion/Wisko auto in NoVA. He sold the car to the general manager of Wisko, who drove it sparingly for a year, and then sold it to me because he was selling his stuff to go travel the world. The car is mechanically sound and all wear/tear items are in good shape and up to date. Have driven it about 250 miles this year; just to keep it in good shape.
