I have driven this car for a little over a year and will answer any questions about it openly and honestly. I do honestly think that this is a fantastic car despite the branded title. It will be a great car for a MB enthusiast who plans to keep and drive the car. There was no frame damage when the damage occurred at around 7k miles. I have this vehicle also listed on Ebay right now, which includes the (ugly looking) vehicle carfax report.

I expect to deal some with this car, because it is difficult to find comps. It is cosmetically and mechanically in very good condition, but I do understand the title issue to be significant.

Here is my asking price: :$27,500

Car is located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Here is the description I have on Ebay (but everyone on this forum probably knows more about this car than the average ebay buyer):

This E550 features nearly every premium option available on the E550 Coupe, excepting the massaging front seats. This is an extremely comfortable, smooth, and powerful luxury car in very good condition.

There is no existing warranty on this E550, as the front fenders and bumper were replaced and rebuilt when the car had under 10k miles. The work was done professionally and cleanly. The only lasting effect of the rebuild is that the window wiper fluid reservoir does not hold fluid. It does feel a bit silly to drive a luxury car without a functional wiper fluid reservoir, but if you can get over that, then this Mercedes is an excellent way to get into a striking and powerful e-series coupe at a fraction of the original price.

The paint on this car is good, with expected blemishes and diminished luster one would expect from a car that is three years old. (Note: some of what looks like blemished or pockmarked paint is actually just dust that landed on the vehicle immediately after a wash and wax. Alas, so it goes.) I've included pictures of the two worst paint spots. One is a place where the clearcoat needs to be touched up. It is not perfect and has been parked outside, though often under a cover.

It would be difficult to find a car, of any make or model, that would be more comfortable to drive than this E550. The power delivery is buttery smooth, the electronics and controls are all well placed and sorted, and the road feel is excellent.

Please see all of the pictures and ask any questions you might have: shoot me an email at JasonMHess88@gmail.com or message me through this forum.

Reasonable offers absolutely considered.

I love the lack of a b pillar. So great on sunny days.

Note the odd bubbles in the nav screen. It's weird, but the nav works perfectly and I don't notice the weird screen when the nav is on. We use it all the time with no issues.

The biturbo V8 is sort of a marvel. It's been driven fairly gently, though.

Cool AMG wheels. Some scrapes.

This needs a clearcoat touch up. Not through the base as all. I think this may have been caused by a bit of tree sap/pitch.

Gonna miss this panoramic sunroof.
