FS: 2008 E63 AMG
Mercedes-Benz master technician owned E63 AMG. I had no plan of selling this car, but I bought it without my wife's permission and now I have to sell it.
Asking $23,000 obo
The car is loaded with just about every option except Distronic and dynamic seats.
Here's a list of parts replaced and services performed within the last month.
-B service (oil change, cabin filter, engine air filters, brake flush, clean and lube panoramic sunroof track)
-Transmission service
-Power steering flush
-Rear differential service
-Balanced tires
-AC service
-Alignment
-Flashed the engine control module and transmission control module
-Front brake pads
-Rear brake pads
-Torque arm bushings
-Motor mounts and transmission mount
-New fuel tank, fuel filter, and fuel pump
-Rear main oil seal
-Transmission front pump seal
-Driver's door sill plate had a dent, replaced that
-Spark plugs
-Both front Airmatic struts (brand new Mercedes-Benz struts, not the fail prone Arnot ones)
-The HVAC blower motor was making a squeak noise, replaced that
-Front grill
-If you know about the 63 engine you might know about the infamous head bolt failures on these cars. As a preventative measure, I replaced the head bolts. While I had the engine apart, I replaced the PCV valve on the back of the intake that eventually cracks. Here's a video of what's involved
