2017 Mercedes C43 AMG lease takeover - Zero down - $541/m + INCENTIVE

Due to relocation for work, my lease is up for transfer.
Monthly payment is $541.05 plus tax which comes out to $582.98 after tax in Orange County, California.
Includes 10K and 20K miles prepaid maintenance.
Registration is paid until March 2018

INCENTIVE:
At the time of lease I placed two monthly payments as security deposit on the car in the amount of $1,082 which you will receive from Mercedes-Benz Financial services at the end of the lease, once the car is turned in.
To take over the lease you pay the transfer fee to Mercedes-Benz Financial services.
That's it! No down payment, and once lease is up you get $1,082 from Mercedes-Benz Financial services.
You will need Great credit to take over the lease. Lease is through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and you will need to qualify by following their lease take over procedures which I will provide in details.
*Buyer must have valid driver's license and insurance.
**Low-ball requests, requests to keep the car on my name for buyer to pay for, and anything that is plain stupid will not be responded.
***This is my daily driver and mileage may increase until you take over.
