Good independent MB shops in Richmond, VA?
Can Richmond area folks recommend any good independent MB shops please?
Maintenance - Electronics - Tires - whatever to upkeep or tune a MB.
Just moved here & would welcome any suggestions.

I would suggest you just drive to the shop with your car. The owner will look at it and give you either an estimate and or tell you what's wrong. If it's something simple he can do in less than an hour, he might even just start on it asap while you wait.
This is where I took my 03 E500 to replace the transmission after it went out at 30k miles. The dealer wanted somewhere around 8 grand or more. It cost me less than half that here.
