ML 350 BUSHINGS

ML 350 BUSHINGS
i have a 2012 ML 350 4matic and recent inspection has given the following bushings to be replaced.
1.Front LHS outer axle boot leak
2. front both stabilizer bar bush & link rod bush cracked
3. front both lower arm bush minor crack
4. rear bothside outer axle boot damage
however, i checked and everyone says you need to replace the OEM stabilizer links etc (main parts that have bushings) just to replace the bushings. its very expensive to do that. I want to know where can i buy only these bushings, so the mechanic can get it fixed. Im in Oman currently and need to know if there is any vendor/website in the region/UAE who can send me the bushings etc.
