COMAND UNIT ISSUE
Recently bought a Jap W221 2010 model the comand unit seems to be out of sync with the middle east version with the following issues
1. Radio Channel range out of bounds
2. Jap Navigation
3. Clock setting
To resolve this situation appreciate any and all feedback. Have been to few shops in sharjah but they simply replace the comand unit and for radio channels they have to chnage the amplifier. having said that i have come to conclusion to replace MY COMAND unit with the middle east version comand unit and then program accordingly.There are few shops doing it but want an arm and a leg for doing it. I want to initiate a group that would help the people having the same issue so without any charges would be able to perform the updates and software changes for free or very minimal cost.
Hence would appreciate any and all volunteers to form this kind of group
