Did you ask for premier express? If not they probably put you on a waiting list of cars to be serviced and there were lots of people ahead of you.

So you dropped off your car the day before a long holiday weekend and you wonder why they didn't work on it until Monday? I'm guessing if they were even open over the holidays, they were short staffed with people taking off for Thanksgiving. Thursday and Friday were off for most people.
