Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum and not sure if this post will be seen by anyone. My problem is that I recently purchase the Car Soft interface and software but I can't get the software to load. When I get to Stage 2 I get a pop up window that says "not a WIN 32 application". I've run a virus scan and it says that the file is corrupted. I have emailed dealextreme where I bought the rig and asked for another disk or download. It has been weeks and I have not heard anything. I have tried torrent down loads and no success there either.

If anyone has a workable disc or a way for me to downlaod everything, I would be more than happy to pay you. This is very fustrating trying to get a workable software.

Thanks in advance for any help or direction you can give me.

I'm afraid you won't be able to find a legal free copy to download.

My advice would be to use your credit card's and/or Deal Extreme's dispute process to get your money back.
