Congratulations and enjoy.
I'm hoping to buy one this winter but am waiting for some information from the dealer. I'm not happy about the roof and pillar look inside the car. I want a darker look and possibly a material upgrade. As it is, it looks too much like a ML500 inside.

It's still working well, has about 1600 kms on it. DC delivered it with the old 4.0 DVD but I got a new 6.1 one after I told them. Too bad you can't get rid off the belt alert anymore. ( DC changed the electronic so the dealer has no more menu on the onboard system which can turn it off... that sucks a little )

Don't think ML63 will have leather dash, in the photos here it is not and it isn't there in the AMG site photos and not even in the spec.

If you do have a Brabus-type outlet in Ontario (Toronto perhaps?) I do not believe that it would involve overly-much money, time, or hassle-factor to have some leather added to the interior.
I do it all the time, across makes of cars, as I don't like plastic.

it is one of those what were they thinking cases.....people forking out 90k for any car dont want a rubberized dash,.....and they are most likely willing to pay for leather upgrades.
Porsche charges aroud 6K for full inetrior leather on 997's why cant MB?....especially when the parts exist on the GL
IMHO, the ML 63 should have the dash that the GL PE's do

I called the dealer in my country and asked them about it, they said the first car will be delivered in 3rd week of Sep for something around $123K
I hang up the phone and decided to pick-up one from here.
I have two options,S550 with S65 package (if it is available) or ML63

after seeing the pictures of a brand new ML63 and it has the leather dash, I am going back to eat my own words on ML63 not getting the leather dash. As least you all know cars for USA have leather dash.
