07 ML63; 05 E55 (sold)
Delivery tomorrow!
Picking up my ML 63 on Saturday! I looked at it last Sunday....my god is it stunning. I walked up to it and from a distance asked the salesman is "is that silver?" and he said no....I came up on it in the afternoon sunlight and it is Alpine Rain.....WOW does it look absolutely KILLER on the ML 63.
Options are Keyless Go, parktronic, lighting pkg, hitch, rear camera, roof rack, cargo tray, ipod integration kit. No wood wheel. Anyone know if I can get one installed at the dealer?
Trading in the 05 E55....it will be bittersweet, but I need a change. I love driving my wifes Cayenne S, and I'm sure I'll love this even more.
Will post pics ASAP!

Wow, E55 for an ML63...that is a little bit tough. Change is good, though.
Can't wait to see the pics in Alpine Rain - it is a color that I am seriously considering for my ML63 order. Do us a favor and try to let us know how close the actual color is to what ends up being represented here on the site? Of course everyone's monitor is different etc., but that does seem to be a hard color to really get a handle on....

Only one posting of ml63 0-60 and that was 5.0 (which was disappointing versus claims of 4.8), whereas posts about e55 seem to be mid 4ish and e63 slightly slower. the youtube vidoe even has the moderator saying the e55 is faster but also seeming to say no difference to e63. given weight disadvantage the ml would have to be slower then e63, and perhaps slower than 55.
