bi-xenon adjust??

bi-xenon adjust??
My headlights [low] don't reach out far enough, I have to drive with high beams. No approaching cars flash at me with my high beams on, so I know I am not out of my mind!
Just returned from the MB dealership and was told that the bi-xenons are not adjustable. Those white adjuster screws do not adjust anything.
Help??

Strange, how many miles do you have on the car? As xenons get older they get dimmer.. try an after markey solution.. I mean look at Peters ML55.
I believe these are 7 or 8k
Mine arent dim either.
But then again niether of us has projectors.
