Definitely hot and not stock.

I was informed that Kleeman is developing exhaust parts for the ML63s.

Thanks, the other 7 consist of other family members' daily drivers, couple heavily modded imports and dragsters.

yeah straight pipes sounds fantastic from the 6.2L amg motor but I wonder if it'll drone on the highway during cruising, otherwise I'd love to do it on my car when it arrives.

straight pipes is an expression we use in the states, it means the exhuast system is straight through... no muffler, no resonator, possibly even not cats...

i know that, what i was getting at was would straight pipes not cause the ecu to go a bit mental with error codes????

not at all... as long as the first cats are left in the car you can do anything you want... after the first cat comes the 02 sensor, that is the last place the ECU sees whats going on... if you wanted you could hack the second cat off and run open right there...

it would be awfully loud and you would have NO back pressure(thus decreasing performance)I would bet the best thing on these would be to run a cut out... before resonator... sound similar to this I bet
