ML63 production numbers: 600 and counting...
EDIT: Just received a response from MB-USA; they say about 600 ML63s have been sold in the USA. Since the MY 2007 production run is complete (I believe), this should indicate something around 650 units by the time all inventory is sold).
Anyone with too much free time on their hands is, of course, free to search all 340 dealers online so we can add current inventory to that number...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Has anyone out there heard or seen verifiable production or sales numbers for the ML63? I know they have to be much higher than the numbers for my dear, departed E55 wagon (just under 200 units, as verified to me by a MB-USA rep). Im guessing they made at least 1,000 units for MY 2007. I've forwarded this question to MB-USA and am awaiting a reply -- anyone here know the answer?

I purchased a new ML63 last month, paid $6000 below sticker for one that was just coming to the dealer. The online guys seem to have really good prices if one is ready to buy and they have what you want. When I got it the car had just been built earlier that month, so fresh off the line then, March production. Got a white one to match our E63, but the color is not the same, whiter than the E63.
Sold a Jeep SRT8 to get the ML. Much nicer, but at almost twice the price it should be. Much better ride than the Jeep and power seems smoother.
