Question has been beat like a dead MB on various forums. If you get into your wheels and scrub your rotors and try a few 60-0 breaking parties, the noise will stop. Everything else written about this problem doesn't seem to work, at all. Try a search if you dare.

My squeals like a pig for the last 4000+km, had MB looked at it and the fix only last about a couple days and the squeal comes back.
It actually doesn't sound that bad inside the car with the windows up, I can barely hear it, and I certain won't be outside of the car when I drive it
