Does anyone know what is the acceptable engine temperature range for the ML63? In city driving, mine hovers between 100-105C which seems a bit high. thoughts?

That is a normal temperature. The 63 Engine has a variable thermostat so when you're sitting in traffic or it cold outside it puts the engine temp higher. When you give it some or it's hot outside then it trys to run a lower temperature. It's all for fuel efficency.

Also you may find your oil temps going upto 140C in hot weather, this is ok too. 100-125C oil temp is normal
