i recently mounted blizzaks dmz3 on closeout from tirerack at $99@ on my tsw canyon rims (9.5" wide). the OD is maybe .7" taller than stock but no fitment or rubbing issues. speed is GPS 63 mph for speedo reading 60.
i like the look of the taller tires. initially i thought the 265 size would be too wide but the tire footprint is narrow and should work well.
you ml63 owners have a choice of dunlop grandtreks in same size, also on closeout.

My summer tires are 255/50/19's and my winter tires are 255/55/19's..l like how it fills the wheel well a little more...........no fitment issues.......
