Before it is said I have searched the forum for help already and can only find info on pre-2001 models where the fog light is in the main headlight housing.
I recently just bought this a couple of weeks ago and the prev. owner said that they didn't work, he thought it was just the bulb, I didn't think much of it. So I have checked the fuse, changed the bulbs and still get nothing.
The light on the switch turns yellow when the bottom portion is pushed, but no light when the top pushed. And neither cause the fog light indicator on the instrument panel to come on!? 
Any suggestion on what else it could be? Thanks!

Get a circuit tester or preferably a multimeter, it will point you in the right direction...

Did you ever find a solution? Mine come on intermittently or onky when it's cool. I'm hoping it either the switch or the relay. Took the switch apart and it looked to be in really good shape!
