Get the 1st one, the black with cashmere. That is a great color,combination and the price is very attractive. You can explore an extended warranty, which might be $4k for 3 years. I have a 2008 ML 63- dark green & cashmere. Would not hesitate to buy another. Offer $39000 and try to close at $40k. It's such a great car with excellent features and beyond stellar performance.
