Anyone in the Houston, Tx area?

We are considering relocating out there soon and would like to find out some info before we visit next weekend. I know it's a bit off topic but not really as I will be shipping my ML63 and could use some recommendations for that too.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks guys!

Motorwerks is a great independent shop. Eurocharged is based here in Houston and does the best tunes for your car. I highly recommend

Great to know I have some tuners to choose from, thank you ML63 AMG and Betrezra!

I do appreciate the replies but I am looking more for other info on the area like...

How is the housing market?
Rentals vs purchase?
What suburb area is most desirable?
What's the eatery situation like?
Are any of you guys business owners?
What's the commerce like?
Are there many income producing opportunities?
Other than SXSW in Austin what other big events or local events are of interest?

I can study all the internet articles I want about Houston but nothing is better than first hand knowledge! C'mon guys give me some more info lol!
