Nice ride there Nanook!!

Would you mind advise which brand you go for your "link lowering kit"? As I saw a few on the market, Ghost Link, Adjustable Link, etc... and not sure if they are all the same (some are adjustable some not), so would like to get your input.

I have a 2011 W164 ML63, thinking to lower it a bit as it just sit too high while I'm not doing any offroad with it. Thank you!

Just doing mine now, making my own rods using 10mm ball and sockets.
Fronts longer 7mm drops it nice just but the rear is to much and bounces down the road.
just about to make the rears longer.

All seems well at 4mm on the rears, it must be the electronic dampers not working so I guess it could be set lower and Star set it.

what's your trick in removing the stock links? I am having a hard time taking mine out and I don't want to break the sensor.

I used cir clip pliers and just squeeze them behind the ball socket and they pop off.

I put the links on. Now I'm having a malfunction error and the switches don't work. What to do?

I got a malfuction error but when i turn the car off and turn it back on the error is gone. also When i i press the airmatic button to raise or lower it doesnt stop raising or lowering on the command cluster, but it doesnt even lower or raised.

Hi, did you fix your fault with your suspension? I’m having the same issue after installing my links. Even after putting back in the old/original links, the suspension won’t raise up or down in the rear although it does raise and lower in the front. It also would adjust between sport+ And comfort mode??
Back rear drivers side tyre is 10mm off the arch while the other side is around 25mm ... frustration
