There are a few on ebay, the early wheel from the 164 do crack easy but the later 166 wheel is better and a different design.
Remember the tyres are expensive as well!

21 inch W166 AMG rims can fit on W164 ML63 directly with the same tires size 295/35/21 ?

If the wheels from the W166 ML63 are 21, then yes it will be the same size 295/35/21, I'm not sure about the offset though. I have the GL550-X166 21-AMG wheels installed on my ML63, and the offset is like the factory wheels ET46.
