Nightryder

I have just recently driven a 2007 ML63, and enjoyed the ride. The vehicle has 190,000 km on it. I am well aware of the M156 camshaft issue and head bolt issue. The car is listed for $18k, everything else is clean and functioning, the engine actually looks clean and meticulously maintained. Is this something I should entertain or should I pass on this vehicle...
