Hi
I know this must seem like a really dumb question, I have the car for a few weeks and the tyre monitoring system tells me the pressures are low. No problem so I go to my local service station to top them up. BUT I cant shift the valve cap wont move with fingers even tried pliers (gently), is there a special tool? The hand book is useless.
Can any body help please.

I only have a 2011 but nothing special AFAIK.
My suggestion would be to go to a tyre dealer and have him remove them. If it all goes pear shaped and they leak at least you are in the right place to get it fixed.
