I just bought my 2001 ML55 last week.
The leather seats need to be re-dyed so I'm trying to make sure I order the right color dye.
I cannot locate the build plate which would give me the color code.
But, I read that all ML55's have the same interior color?
I believe the color is anthacite, color code 7315 per Leather Magics website.
I've also read articles that say the color is charcoal (475 or 481 per Leather Magics website).

Appreciate any help either locating the plate, or verifying color.

Thanks. A member sent me a link to look up my VIN and it shows the interior color as Exclusive black leather 561A.
