Two Fault Codes P2188 and P2190

Two Fault Codes P2188 and P2190
Hi,
So my local Stealer spent many hours and advice from Germany and were unable to resolve two codes, They tried to charge me for their time and I had to pay the initial costs, But not the 8 hours they spent not fixing the issues !
The two codes are, P2188 and P2190, Both relate to the management and pressure ref fuel I understand.
I have had the Fuel Pump and Filters, Fuel pressure regulatator changed, I say I, I have been told and charged for these so I expect they have been changed.
But the Stealer asked me why don't I stop wasting my money and upgrade to something newer!
Nice.
Any ideas please ?
