Michelin Tyre Concern - Advice Please?

Michelin Tyre Concern - Advice Please?
Hi all

My ML63 has Michelin Latitude Sport tyres fitted (yes N1 rather than MO) and Ive noticed that the shoulder has small cracks in the tread pattern where it meets the sidewall, its in the groove within the tread, no other signs of cracking, how come this is happening, is it dangerous, tyres have 5mm+ of tread left and are 3 years old. Pictures are offside front and rear which happens to be the worst (front) and best (rear).
