2014 ML63 Exhaust Upgrades ?
I have a 2014 ML63 with the performance package and am looking for options to upgrade the exhaust. Any recommendations?
Also does upgrading exhaust void the warranty?

Hi i have deleted my resonator and replaced it with straight pipe. it sounds perfect, how it should sound at idle sounds stock, but when full throttle beast wakes up.
you can do a resonator delete and do a exhaust cutout sounds even better

I would not buy an exhaust. I removed the resonator and straight piped to the stock muffler, it was well worth it and the ML63 sounds night and day better. No drone at all, and in my opinion the SUV should have come this way from the factory.

there is nothing really to show a pic of other then the resonator ( center of the car ) was removed and replaced with straight pipes. should not cost you any more then $200 for the work to be done from a muffler shop and the level of fun goes to a 10 from a 6.

I think they did, I forget the specific's of the inches but it was stainless because it was more $ for that. regardless it will the cheapest thing you can do to make that car sound mean. The guys at the muffler shop could not believe how much louder it got by just removing that resonator.

Center resonator removed, 2 1/2" electric cut outs installed with x-pipe. Closed idle sounds close to stock, Much loader when stepped into. Cut outs opened releases hounds of hell. X-pipe smooths out sound. Downpipes next.

I have these downpipe and highly recommend them. They fit perfectly, no check engine light and sound amazing.

I just deleted the resonators on my 2013. Quite tame on idle and light throttle, super mean when giving it gas. My wife definitely noticed and commented that its 'very aggressive' - however, we'll stick with it for now.

Large part of the cost are the 300 cell metallic GESi Ultra High Output catalytic converters. I wanted something that doesn't trigger a check engine light without having to modify my ECU or

400 cell ceramic from Magnaflow are cheaper around $130 each and will eliminate a check engine light as well, but I prefer the GESi.
