2012 ML63 AMG
Pedal response (Newbie) and Racechip

Hey guys! First time posting.
I recently bought a 2012 ML63. I also purchased a 2008 ML 350 a few weeks earlier. I love them both.
I am looking at the Racechip to add to some better pedal response to the 63. The lag is annoying.
An increase is power would be welcome but the lag is more of my concern. I did the resonator delete and put K&N filters on hoping it would breathe a bit better. Maybe it does but nothing noticeable in the pedal. Would tuning it be a better solution? Has anybody used the Racechip? I have seen a few comments and a vid on other Merc engines. Thanks for any input and apologize if its been discussed to death. I tried several searches.

that can all be dialed out with a tune for sure. some handheld devices let you tune the sensitivity of the peddle

Most owners I have spoken to have used the EuroCharged tune.
