Part number help

I think I have a burnt valve and trying to figure out what to do.
I found OEM re-manufactured heads.
Part 157-010-59-00-80
In research one vendor said its the complete head assembly, valves, cams etc. and one said its a raw head only no components bolted on.
Can anyone confirm what it is?
Thanks in advance
Jim

Have you done all the diagnostics to confirm the issue or are you trying to waste our time on a fishing experidtion.
By the way to be correct in your search, you do that by the VIN not by the FUYAA

I changed the coil pack, dealer did 60k service with new plugs. I had a shop do some diagnostics. Compression was good. Leakdown test pointed to valve. Wasn't over confident with shop so I went to another shop and was going over it and it turned out he consulted with first shop. He said he thought it was the valve also .
He wasn't interested in getting involved or doing the repair based on the amount of work and expense. I work in the trades also and don't like to waste anyone's time.
All I was looking for was clarification on what a part was. I reached out to a online MB part site and they haven't sold them but said they thought they were a complete head. I asked the dealer who had some service on the truck and they said it was just raw head with valve guides only. At about $1700 each it would be good to know.
Im just trying to get a idea of what it would take to repair this to see if it makes sense to do so or to dump it as is as recommended.
I thought the idea of a forum was to share information and have fun reading about things we like. Im not sure how asking if a specific part number is a raw part or complete unit is fishing or wasting time. Ill chalk it up with the rest of the bad experience of owning this vehicle.
