Oil pump solenoid mod
Anybody else tried this mod yet on their ML63?

After a few weeks driving here are my observations:
Overall I'm happy with this mod, however subtle the changes actually are, I feel as though having the correct oil pressure at all times will be beneficial to the engine components. I also feel the cooler ambient engine temp (when parked) will be good for the seals/plastics in the long term.

- Engine oil reaches operating much faster, guessing in half the previous time
- Ambient engine temperature is much less when parked
- Feels like there is more torque below 3k rpm, not a huge difference though
- Transmission holds gears much longer under WOT, almost at redline
- No CEL

i've been following that thread closely and I will be unplugging the solenoid on my ML. Haven't done it yet, just been watching the thread for updates but I haven't seen any downsides to it.
