Hey everyone!
I’m considering doing a resonator delete and adding an X-pipe on my 2013 ML 63 AMG to get a more aggressive and refined sound. Has anyone here done this setup on a similar car?

I’m specifically wondering:
- What X-pipe and piping did you use? Any recommended brands?
- Was it a direct bolt-on, or did it require modifications?
- How did the sound change? More exotic, noticeable drone at highway speeds?
- Did it impact performance, exhaust flow, or cause any issues?

Good Morning. I've got a 15 Ml63 that has a resonator delete, replaced with a straight pipe. Same size piping. I personally think it sounds great, at idle it's not a big difference but once your WOT, it's completely different to stock. I do have a couple of videos if you want to reach out to me on here.
If I had to purchase my car again, this would be the first "change' I would take on.
