FS: Bluetooth Adapter Model# B67875839
Hello, I have a new Mercedes Bluetooth adapter model# B67875839 for 2005 and newer Mercedes. My uncle purchased the wrong one and need an adapter for his 2002 Mercedes S600.

Price: $350 or willing to trade for a v60 adapter (for his 2002 S600)
note: no box, he bought it months ago and misplaced the box thinking he can just plug it in to his v60 cradle

will this work on EU cars and how much to ship to UK?
