I have 6 of these B67875839 adapters. Look just like the 5878s, but wont work well with smart phones. These are for older bluetooth phones.

Mercedes Benz S 550
I have this unit. Do you know if it will receive/upload my address book from the cell? Also, does it work with Text Messaging? I can't figure this out and the the book has no instructions. Can the firmware be upgraded?
