Need Replacement Head Unit '02 C Class

Hey There,

Does anyone have a spare stock head unit that will work in a 2002 C Class? My cassette player just broke and I cannot remove the adapter tape that is stuck in it. Thus, my satellite radio and Ipod do not work. Please pm me.
